Dark already

I had a busy day cooking and fixing up Christmas food to take to #2 daughter’s tomorrow. I made some Palmiers, some with anchovies and others with cheese and olives. Then I stuffed some Iranian plum dates with blue cheese and wrapped the prunes with bacon. I made sag aloo and a roast veg curry to use stuff up.

My IMac is not co-operating with the cloud and I can’t get my recent photos down to add to my Blurb book. My iPad and phone are still speaking. I hate technology. Also my phone wouldn’t let me add this Blip but it seems happy with my iPad.

I’m pleased to say the small boy from Ella’s rugby is out of ICU and off oxygen. I hope he gets home for Christmas. We are hearing that 98% of ICU Covid patients are unvaccinated.
