Black Watch - National Theatre of Scotland
I would loved to have taken a photo of the performance but a) I didn't know if it was allowed, and b) it somehow seemed inappropriate. This theatre production felt a real portrayal of what the Black Watch soldiers had to go through during the Iraq conflict. It wasn't over dramatized but captivating and gritty. A realisation that this is still going in in Afghanistan - where soldiers are fighting (and hopefully finishing) a war that politicians created.
