today was surprise day…a little bag i ordered in Holland arrived, nor short after that my monthly repeats….then the soupmaker arrived and as i am writing the first vegs have been cut and onions fried….
then the post brought me the pcr test i need in case i get covid, so i can get the anti viral tablet…i am quite impressed with the prevention of the NHS….

postie also brought a little parcel with 4 melt in the mouth Rudolf brownies……from the daughter of a dear firend….
Today i also sorted my pj and t shirt drawers…
The nurse was happy with my bp today, around 150/79…., and my sodium..is fantastic too….so all go…..
I’m watching the heroes of the Telemark…..for the 4 th or 5th time….what a film…..
