Cocktail #3 of 50 Aperol Spritz

You may notice we are approaching this challenge with alphabetical precision which is why tonight’s cocktail is a taste of summer. My best memories of this cocktail are lazy evenings people watching in Piazza Erbe in Verona and eating too many complementary bar snacks.
