In a neighbours garden, just after sunset
I like the toadstools very much. At the Oxfam shop this afternoon. We took a LOT of money - cards, bric a brac and books were flying out of the door. Especially the children’s’ books. I think a lot more people are open to the idea of shopping at charity shops, and less keen on buying expensive things that may well not be wanted. My fellow volunteer who is 78 decided not to come in because of the high level of risk at present. I’m pleased she didn’t, because this morning I got a message that a person I worked with for 4 hours has tested positive. I found out from ringing 119 that I don’t have to isolate myself, I was surprised, I thought I would. I just have to do a lateral flow test every morning, and carry on with things provided it’s negative.
