After the rain

Gentle rain has fallen most of the day and the garden is looking lovely and fresh. I love the softness of these Geranium petals.
The shops are crowded...I ventured into a store today where it took me ten minutes to get the items I wanted and twenty minutes standing in the queue at the tills. Not for me, I'm staying clear of shops until well after Christmas.
More and more people we know are affected with Covid.  Sadly many Christmas plans are being cancelled.
