Faces

Annie is in Bristol for a couple of days. Tonight she's been out for a meal with a very good friend of ours who recently moved down that way, in fact she was my best man when Annie and I got married. They had a great evening, really lovely to catch up with a good friend.

For me (Chris), a regular day in the office and then a cracking run with the running club tonight. So great to be starting and finishing in near daylight. I don't mind running in the dark but it is nice to actually see where you are putting your feet and all the members of the group you are leading. 6 miles and a solid pace around the 9 minute mile mark.
