I woke early to phone the Dr. A different one today and she has prescribed me another tablet to take. To stop the painful spasms hopefully.
I then heard my brother put my meds through my letterbox.

Went back to sleep and woke with a friend phoning, so thanks to her I saw daylight for the first time in a while.

Later another friend popped in with a gift and stayed for a coffee. I stuck to water.
This mug suits me just now.
