The 100

Headed to the pool tonight and I managed to swim 2km (100 lengths) which was great. I've not felt able too since I had "The Covid", but tonight was a good test and one which I was pleased to complete.

Felt good afterwards and I'm sure I'll sleep well later.

Covid has left a legacy with many and I'm really grateful that the impact that I have has not been as bad as others have had to and are continuing to endure.

On the way to the car, I noticed that the gym area was deserted.

I'm sure that may change once the festivities are but a distant memory!!
