Pork

Spice-rubbed pork tenderloin, cheesy orange cauliflower, and salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and ranch dressing.

Delicious all around. We got an orange cauliflower this week, and it occurred to me the color would make a white cheese sauce look cheesier. One of my grandmothers always likes to say (in a Tennessee drawl) "you eat with your eyes."
