Doors Open

It was a very literal "doors open" to the puppet show audience this morning as Haddo House opened its grand old doors specially for the performance. A warm audience of seventy showed up and there were some nice conversations afterwards which always makes it special for me.

I was in the library of this old building which turned out to have perfect acoustics for the show. My puppets have taken me to some interesting places and this has certainly been one of them.

On a completely different note, I've really been appreciating birdsong today.

And before anyone cracks the classic Blue Peter joke, yes, that is a lovely (if a tad small) pair of knockers!
