Raining

What a miserable day whether wise.  The rain didn't stop all day.  It was so bad that my pal D got the bus to the Filmhouse for our lunch time meet up - unheard off!  We happily wiled away the afternoon in the warmth of the cafe bar.

I made pavlova and chocolate tart for Christmas Day when I got home. One of the main criteria for the desserts was they could be made a couple of days in advance!

Jobs done we settled down to watch the 1988 Christmas Classic Die Hard!
