Emergency blip of emergency mincemeat

When I did my last planned shop yesterday, I meant to have a look for mincemeat as I was fairly sure I had finished the last of the home made last year. But unfortunately, I hadn’t written it on my list so the inevitable happened….. I forgot. So, there was only one thing for it, I had to make some more. A wee bit late I know, as it only has a couple of days to mature, but at least we will have mince pies over Christmas after all.
