Christmas Eve Friday

Henry arrived from Belfast last night and I've been enjoying every minute with him.

He's had a garden tour with Tim and seen the extensive badger sett.

This afternoon we went to my sister's house to meet the puppy. Adorable. 

Lucy has 4 adult children all home for Christmas. Along with her in laws and my sister Louise and her adult children, they have crowd for lunch so they've put a marquee in the garden to accommodate them. Heaters, flooring and festive lighting. 

Florence is still isolating so our Christmas day will happen Boxing day. She's been quite unwell. 

Extra is Florence and Lauren sitting outside their house drinking Bailey's hot chocolate. Lauren is a nurse working in a covid ward. She's been exhausted for weeks. Ruby took the photo.  They all had covid but Ruby and Lauren's isolation ends today.
