Belhaven Beach

After three or four days of rain and heavy cloud cover it just nice today to see a break in the clouds. I took Megan down to Seafield Pond and quickly trapped a few images looking over the sea wall to Belhaven Beach. There was not too much to see but the meanders on the wet beach were apparent.
When post-processing I decided to go for a monochrome look and was able to experiment a bit with the latest edition of SiverEfexPro 3. Having made my normal adjustments I tried out there different film types and nendd up choosing Roller Retro 100 Tonal, a film that I have no previous knowledge of. The qualitative effects off the different film types are quite marked and it is well worth looking at the options.
