Problems

Our Council are having major issues with our water suply right now, the cause is systemic failures and incompetence. This is fibre I removed from one Manifold this evening. People used to knock me because I come from Invercargill, but I can tell you this, we have never had boil water notices or had to supply water tankers for people to fill bottles of water. The sooner 3 waters gets here the better.
