Watchnight

A final day of preparation including a last minute trip to the shops (turkey crown at half price - great for sandwiches). Friends round for drinks and nibbles: they presented their vaccination certificates and confirmed their LFT -ve results. My -ve result in extra. Great to catch up.

Then pottering through the evening then off to church for the candlelit watch night service. Lovely to be back for the service after last year’s absence.
