Vintage

This angel is another of my favourite Christmas decorations. I’m really not sure of the story behind it, but it’s been in our family for years and I would guess it’s from the 60s or 70s. I remember it from my childhood. I inherited my mother’s decorations so there are several favourites that are still displayed every year on my tree - including a couple made by me many, many years ago!

There was a walk today but I was with a group of friends and the pace was fast so there was no time for pictures. We had coffee and mince pies in the garden of one of the walkers and we did a small gift exchange. Thankfully it was dry and not too cold even though it was a dark grey day.
