The Mushroom

We had rain overnight. Can't believe this mushroom grew so fast but maybe I never noticed the button. I have posted the mushroom today because it reminds me so much of being a kid. As a family when I was growing up we used to travel through the country around Easter camping or visiting farming family friends down south. The in car game was "spot the mushrooms". I was a wicked spotter. When we spied the mushrooms my Dad, Jack would stop the car and us three boys would jump out leap over the fence into the "middle of nowhere" country paddock and pick the fresh natural "grow in the grass" mushrooms.

I loved mushrooms on toast for breakfast forever.
