The big allotment goodbye

Richard was working today so I did a few bits in the morning and then went off to the allotment to pick up my last bits and make sure it is ready to give back.  I decided to unlock the gate and then post the keys into a post box the chairman has by his shed.  I was a little worried that someone would come along and lock the padlock on the gate and I would be stuck inside with no key to unlock it, but it was fine.

I am sad to see it go but might grow a few bits at home and it will mean we have less ties should we decide to move.

Back home, I then sent a note to let them know.
