Last few - when they're gone, they're gone.

This autumn, my holly was heavily laden with berries. Today there are just a dozen or so left.

I don't really 'do' Christmas, especially when I can't get into Australia to be with my family. I did receive the 'gift' of a negative PCR test result this morning, having been forced by law to take such a test on returning from Spain. The test I'd previously paid for (Lateral Flow) just before the government changed its mind about the test type is now unused, unnecessary and can't be refunded. Folks in the UK, if you are considering travel, put aside enough extra cash for at least 2 tests of each type. With the changes of rules every couple of days, you'll need to be covered.
