Golden River

This is the River Nairn in the town of Nairn, where this fairly long river enters the sea. I spent part of the day with a fiiend who also doesn't like Christmas and we had a lovely if bracing walk along the east beach.There was a wind which seemed to be coming straight off snow capped mountains. My friend is downsizing before returning to Sweden and gave me bag of vilnyl singles and lots of books. A different Christmas.
