Christmas 2021

The weather was wet and grey today but we (Terri and I) had a wonderful Christmas Day with a friend who lives in a lovely warm cottage in a village near Barnstaple. A neighbour who is alone came too so the four of us had a fine time. Feeling very well fed after the wonderful meal that was produced.
The hostess has her cards displayed on her walls - they look so pretty.
She also had some wonderfully Christmassy toilet paper (the overlay) which I found rather cute!
Just spoken to my son - he still looks very 'rough' and says he has a mega headache and sore throat, whereas Daniela looks 'normal' and has no longer got an aches or sore throat so she must be over the virus.  Jack and his wife so far appear not to be affected.
