White Christmas

It snowed all day and the white stuff made everything Christmassy. Funny how I used to think stinking hot days and jumping in a pool was Christmas. Next year we will experience that again.
Just the two of us - I cooked a ‘mini turkey’ but, at 4 kg, will keep us going for days. The extras are my dessert. I found the recipe at the last minute when looking for egg whit recipes. Luckily, I had all the ingredients at hand. Baked Alaska with ice cream filled chocolate Pandoro. Super easy and delicious.
