back in the city, the weather having followed us ... cold and wet, weather warnings for both the cold and heavy rainfall for the next couple of days, no particular desire to be outside unless on the road to a pub with a fire, sadly none of those to be had around here... so the metro it was, seeking out a few odds and ends with the purpose of gluttony, glad that despite the xmas lights and all of the trimmings it's only a nod towards it, all shops open, a normal day... so bread and port, cake and chocolate found, a kind of typical emergency blip taken on the way and then back to the flat and the slowed weariness of force fed indulgence... the rabbithole an experiment gone surprisingly well and back to the start once again...
