Bloomin' beautiful

Whilst M & J have been away over Christmas I've been popping down to their place to water M's vege plot and greenhouse tomatoes.  Today I also decided the roses might need a wee drink too.  M has every right to be proud of his gardens and these roses in particular.  Stunning!  I can't be sure but it may have had something to do with being able to linger amongst their beautiful scent that encouraged me to spend the extra time watering them.......mmmmmm.  Heavenly.

In COVID news, there were 126 new community cases over the last couple of days; 47 are in hospital and 7 in ICU.  With 7 new Omicron cases at the border over the last couple of days the total number is now 45, all at the border and being managed through their isolation.  It's only a matter of time before it gets out into the community.......
