Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful family Christmas today. L got up at 6:30am which is quite early for her.

She was so excited Santa had been!

We opened some stocking presents before I took H for a quick walk before taking her down to partake in the Christmas Day parkrun.

Back home and I popped to mums to see her and take her dog for a walk. It needs lots of exercise and she’s not really in a position to do this with health, etc.

The in-laws arrived and we had a lovely Christmas lunch comprising of all the usual ingredients followed by more present opening, more dog walking and rounded off with a nice game of monopoly.

The MiL has dementia but was in her element playing monopoly and we think it took her right back to when she played in her youth.
