Falls of Leny

A lovely antidote to Christmas. 
Sat for a couple of minutes enjoying the flow and the noise. 
The roaring of the water was so high, I didn't really notice  till I walked 100 yards down water, and it became very quiet, very quickly. 
Therapeutic.
