It's not that I'm not grateful...

but why quite so much packaging ? SanDisk have sent me a replacement memory card without too much arm twisting needed. I had been told that they wouldn't replace the old, crumbling one (just over a year old) because I had mistreated it by not keeping it in the little plastic box. I pointed out that the card goes from camera to laptop and back to camera every day and that maybe it would be better just to leave it in the plastic box (thereby not using it at all, of course) to make it last longer and avoid damage ! Sarcasm seemed to work and a rethink brought a new one to my door this afternoon. Thank you SanDisk .
