A quick dip

Had a Christmas 5k with my running group first thing - damp and muddy but fun.
Then off to the beach with the family for a fffreeezing dip in the sea. I didn’t last long and watched on as these two played in the waves. As we left some real hard core swimmers were heading in - no neoprene for them!
