Turkey!

Bargain from Aldi that I froze a week or so back and I thought I might brine it, for a change. Delicious!

It sat in the brine in the wood shed overnight having its own personal spa session.
Recipe recommended sage and clementine butter.... luckily sage is about the only herb still in leaf in the summer herb pots.

That Nigella talks some rubbish sometimes but she's not wrong about brining turkey!
