Frog weather

The storms began last night and carried on until mid morning today.

When we arrived home yesterday afternoon we found Mr G in severe pain. He suspected that he had another kidney stone. The pain was very intense and I knew we had no option but to get to the emergency room. I spent the evening having him admitted to the clinic and only got home close to midnight.


So after only a few hours sleep we drove through to school in the rain. It was a long day and after all the extra murals we could only leave at 4pm. I managed to get back to the clinic in time to see the doctor who gave us a report back on Mr G's CT scan. He confirmed the kidney stone and said that Mr G should stay in the clinic so they could manage his pain. Its really tough when someone you love is in so much pain and you can't do anything about it.

Hopefully the kidney stone will pass and he will be discharged tomorrow.
