Hot Apple Pie

I like to cook but also like a good pie once in a while so I decided to give it a shot. When my mom was alive, she made amazing pies of all kinds and also seemed to make it look so easy. Thank you MaryJo for the Snoopy hot pad mittens and Legacy for the cooling rack and pie spatula. So far, it’s worked out pretty good and a lot of fun putting it all together, here’s to you mom.
