Bee on a scorpion flower

I spent a fun hour crawling around the parking lot st the Montano Bridge chasing wild flowers. This bee thoughtfully crawled into view on the flower.

This was all done with my new camera. I got a new Olympus E-620 body today to replace my old e-420 body (which I sold to my son). This is a stunning, wonderful camera that fixes everything i disliked about the 420. This was all purchased with my tax refund. It is has a wonderful feel in my hands. Wow!

Today, I give thanks for the day I was given, the new camera, the tax refund that made it possible, and clean, cold water on a warm day.
