Third time lucky?

Been a second or third time lucky kind of day today.
Up early to walk the dogs so that they would be settled while we went on a boat trip at 10 only for there to be a problem with the boat. Second trip booked for tomorrow now with a slightly more reliable looking vessel!
We decided on a visit to the Heritage Museum in Gairloch since we were up and about anyway and today's blip is taken there. I did have a nice shot with L in it too but it's publication was banned, lol!
We weren't going to waste the day though so off we went in search of a dog friendly beach. First attempt was a washout with sheep and cattle roaming all around and lots of people! Thankfully option no2 was much better; beautiful sands, sunshine and nice and quiet.
Lunch was even a performance today. First place not serving food at all! Second try open but with a rather unusual selection; none of which suited L or S. I would admit to them being a bit fussy but it's very unusual for us not to find anything they like; have you not heard of toasties people!!! Third option was no better; I couldn't even find anything I wanted in this one! In the end we headed back to the house and made lunch which obviously means I can't cook tonight; not on my holidays!
