...to straighten the front loader bucket that was bent before Christmas, or at least try to.

Dad came up with the idea how to do it and we decided to give it try. I turned the bucket upside down on a pile of pallets, he cut a hole in the edge, I brought a telephone pole stump and bored a hole in it, and tightened a big bolt through them both. After loosening the bolt, we measured the result, which wasn't great, just a few millimetres less bend than before. In the end tightened it again, left it there and we'll try heating the edge some other day.

...and knowing that it won't be like new anyway, I ordered a new bucket.
