Rabbit ears!

A quick Google search and I discovered that these very distinctive sheep are Border Leicesters reared for both meat and wool. Spotted them in a field as we were driving to Cambo Estate.

The weather had taken a turn for the better ...... the sea was calm, the wind had dropped, the sky was blue in patches and it was warm enough to leave my gloves in my pocket.

Home in time for a mug of soup before our friends from St Monans arrived for coffee and a Christmas chat.

Not many cafes open but the one at Cambo was so we may well go back again tomorrow to sample one of their fab Portuguese Tarts.
