Modern art

I was on my dog walk today. Yes a walk, without rain and snow. Such a delight. I saw the sun light caught on this piece of modern art. Lets hope the persons that did this take it to canvas and make a proper living out of their work. It's a shame is on a wall under a bridge so not many people I expect have seen it. I liked the colours.
