Back to the beach

The sunshine was deceptive - looked like summer out there this afternoon but the wind was chilly.   My heel has eased off from agonising to just painful so I put on the trainers and went for a short walk to the beach and back.   Lots of people about walking on the shoreline - not surprising as it was quite beautiful down there with the sun shining on the waves as they crashed on to the beach.  Yet again I almost got caught out by an incoming wave!
