More visitors

Cathy and I have now been joined by our daughter Jess and her boyfriend James.  You might think, that having hosted Christmas recently, we would be fed up of seeing family visitors, but nothing could be further from the truth.  We've very much been looking forward to seeing these two and now we get to do Christmas (or a version of it) all over again ;-)

In true festive holidays fashion we went for a local walk this afternoon, once the gales and torrential rain had abated.  We stayed on tarmac today as the local fields are now absolutely soaked.  2021 may have been a difficult year in some ways, but we are certainly managing to enjoy these last few days before 2022 arrives.
