I needed a blip!

So I cut into the Christmas cake, well it’s a Simnel cake recipe. There were a few crumbs that tasted luscious. It’s for after our tea. I only made it on the 18th, but it won’t have the same shelf life as a very rich fruit cake. But, it suits us.
