Papago Bluffs

One of my favorite Phoenix landmarks in the distance, beyond the airport. The Papago Bluffs are old, soft sandstone, riddled with holes and caves. They look like they were designed by the artists from the Roadrunner cartoons of years past. Having lunch in the airline lounge, waiting for the first leg of the trip home to Wilmy. It’s been a good trip but we’ll be glad to get “home” to our wee flat.
