Very busy.
A nice easy day.
I started a sourdough starter.
Also I’m busy reading my new book on fermentation. I had a vivid dream during my nap about food flavours. Apparently ‘once you integrate these ingredients into your cooking, your eating life is going to be irreversibly better’!
B has pulled out the modeling box, first time since before the summer.
