I had a smart title for this but forgot it

Posted this earlier but it never made it through the ether, it seems.

We did something today that we never do - we unhooked the van, drove off site, and went to Sines for some supermarket shopping. We usually walk or cycle to local shops but were planning a bit of a do for later in the week and hoped to find a wider choice of goodies.

We brought home a little something for a quick light meal tonight... I made Tacos, something of a rarity for us but I really enjoyed them today. This is the aftermath, Tacos need two hands so there are no live photos of the results...

The packs of beef mince in the shop were huge so I bought pork mince instead. Never had pork Tacos before but we think that we might do them again. Other challenges included the absence of Sour Cream but Crème Fraîche proved to be an adequate substitute.
