… has lost weight. Seen at the physio today.

I saw a different practitioner today and liked him both his manner and knowledge. He put me in traction and did some massage which has helped. This afternoon I was able to walk into the back and front garden and sit out for meals.

Nothing much else to report except it’s bin day here.
