Blind ... Drunk!?

Earlier today:

She: It's about time we changed the blinds, don't you think?

Me: What's wrong with them?

She: They've been up too long; they're not all working properly ... and, besides, I think it's time for white ones!

Me: Is that going to be a job for me to take them all down?

She: Oh, thank you, darling, how kind!

Me: I guess I walked right into that one!

Right now, I'm exhausted (there are 16 windows) ... and I'm working my way to getting right into a bottle of wine, and, with a little luck ... blind drunk!
