Monochrome weather

Believe it or not, but both these pictures are full-colour shots.

Weather today is decidedly indoors-y: heavy clouds, half-melted/half-frozen wet snow/rain on a very wet half-snow, half-slush surface. Very, very gray. And we had a lot of similar days during the last winter.

Extra: Somewhat surprisingly, the heavy snow works very well for cycling. Heavier than summer asphalt, but very good grip. And in my book, manueverability and breaking are much more important than efficiency.
