 And finally it was cool enough to venture outside to go on a wander around the property as the sea breeze blew. Such a relief! 

Our Perth neighbours have told us that our garden up there has taken a fair beating and is looking rather crisp. They have chucked some water about so hopefully saved it from total death..........  :-(
