Mould

I had kept these mushrooms for a couple of weeks after their sell by date.  Not only were they hard like cardboard, but areas of mould could be seen.  Rubbish weather for most of the day so decided to practise macro, and boy do I need to.  I could say there is a problem with my eyes (which there currently is,) but that would be a lame excuse, so I'll say it is the new meds I'm on disrupts my vision until the body gets use to them.  Optician is keeping and eye on it.  (No pun intended!)  At least I hope my photo does show areas of white mould and the mushroom's gills.  Blue mould was found on the edge of the cap.  Keep smiling.  I do.
