Paracetamol and fluids...

If I had a quid for everytime I trotted out the above advice in my day job I'd be a wealthy man. Am still struggling with the current viral bug that is doing the rounds and so am heeding my own advice .... If this doesn't work I'm on to a whisky toddy.
